Rapunzel claims to be the first organic chocolate available globally. All ingredients are organic and are purchased through fair trade program. I tried the semi-sweet with hazelnut and the bittersweet (70% cocoa content). I didn't like the semi-sweet with hazelnut all that much mainly because I like bigger chunks of nuts and the cocoa taste isn't strong. However I do like the bittersweet chocolate bar. It has good cocoa taste without being overpowering. It also has a nice texture.
