I have been seeing more and more organic chocolate bars and this is the latest I found. I have tried Chocolove's non-organic dark chocolate bars before and like it. This time I tried the 73% cocoa content organic dark chocolate bar (they also make a 59% cocoa content organic chocolate bar). It has good cocoa flavor but it is lacking the satisfying mouth feel that Dagoba's organic dark chocolate bars have. It is cheaper than Dagoba's bars and in this case I think the gap in quality shows.
