Never realized that there were organic roses before since they were not food and few would eat them. Then I read all about how the conventional roses were doused in pesticides and fungicides and made the workers sick. What I don't get is that the organic roses are just as beautiful. Why the need for heavy pesticides? Cheaper? But I got online to check on the prices for both organic and conventional roses. About the same. So I am at a loss. No matter, I love the roses from Organic Bouquet. And I have ordered some for my mom. Report this review Your take
By reviewer sherrysc 2007-05-12 16:20:41My son just sent me a lovely bouquet for mother's day. I have never gotten such gorgeous roses. They are ivory white with pink trimming. Every flower is flawless. They also have such a sweet scent. They look and smell edible to me. Then I called my son and learned that these were organic roses. I suppose I could put them on my salad if I really want to. Organic or not, these are simply the most beautiful roses I have ever received. The young man who delivered the flowers was nothing but courteous and pleasant. Please disregard the price rating. I do not know the price. Report this review |
