I am lactose intolerant, a bummer, which means I cannot enjoy yummy yogurt. But soy yogurt comes to the rescue. I have tried numerous kinds of soy yogurt, I wholeheartedly love whole earth soy yogurt, it is as delicious as any regular yogurt. It is now part of my diet routine. Whenever I feel like something to taste but am not really hungry, I go for my soy yogurt. The only problem is that they do not carry a lot of whole earth soy yogurt in the whole food store. Often when I get to whole food store, only 2 cans left. Aside from that, whole earth yogurt is healthy, delicious, and keeps my weight down. Thank God for inventing yogurt from organic soy beans :-)
