By reviewer cindyW 2006-09-28 01:13:38I used to hate Yoga. A 60-minute class seems to last for 6 hours. But I took one Power yoga class at PG on Mon/Wed/Fri morning, I became a convert. And the class is 90 minutes long! Every class I am drenched in sweat and completely feels the strength training effectiveness. Love it. Report this review Your take
By reviewer cwang13 2006-12-05 18:43:57If you are a busy professional like me who only has evening time and want to have a good yoga class, PG's Yoga class is the one for you. They offer 7:30 pm classes from Mon - Thur. Each class is one hour long. It is best for you to bring your own mat, otherwise you have to pay $1 to rent one. But I love the room, shining hardwood floor, spacious room. Since I've already paid the annual membership fee at PG, all Yoga classes are free. Report this review |
