I love to try different facial cleansers, lotions and potions. Some work well and some are less effective. But the Desert Essence Cleansing Pad is the worst cleansing pad I have ever used. Its alcohol content (and whatever else it might have) was so strong that it made my eyes water when I used one pad. Miles away from what the label says - "gently removes dirt". The smell was unpleasant and it stung my face. Even regular drugstore branded facial cleanser pads are better than this. I used one pad and threw away the other 49. Sadly I will not buy anything from Desert Essence.
