I bought some white iceberg roses to plant in my yard and wanted to give them some extra nutrients.  I had already mixed some compost in with my soil but since these were new plantings, they needed a bit of extra boost.  The rose food was easy to use - just scatter the dry food around the planting and then water lightly until the soil is moist.  My roses are blooming profusely and I almost can't cut them fast enough for my vases.  I'm not sure whether these were strong plants to start with or in combination with the rose food and compost but I never had such fast blooming roses!  The only thing about the rose food is that my dog can't leave it alone.  Maybe it's the chicken manure or the feather meal but my dog is constantly sniffing it and tasting the soil around the roses.  Since all the ingredients are natural, it won't hurt the dog but her nose sure gets dirty from all that sniffing and digging!

When we bought our house, there were roses planted in our backyard. Knowing little about growing and maintaining roses, we did very little. Last year our roses stopped looking well. And rust spots started to show. Bought E. B. Stones Rose Food based on the suggestion from our local nursery person. Within weeks of apolication, the roses revived. The rust spots eventually disappeared as well. So this this year, we proactively gave the roses more E. B. Stones Rose Food. They continue to thrive. Frankly I am very pleased that with so little effort and knowledge, we can have roses as nice-looking as ours are.
