I love Trader Joes, even though I am torn about the fact that many of their products, including produce, come from overseas like Mexico or even China. I wonder if organic frozen broccoli from China really has the same quality as organic broccoli grown in California. That aside, the store is very pleasant. Nicely laid out, not too cramped. Probably like a lot of other people, I always end up buying way more stuff then I intend. I have tried so many things from TJ, but I will never buy another loaf of bread in any TJ stores. For whatever reason, their bread either hardens or molds within a couple of days of purchase. Many times I'd love to ask the manager why they keep the store so cold. I have to put on a jacket every time I go into the store, no matter what time of the year

Trader Joes has been a place to buy groceries in my family for as long as I can remember. Coming from a European family, it has always been so refreshing to have a place in the US where I can buy my imported German cookies, pickles, chocolates, etc. They literally taste just as good as if I had bought them oversees. The selection of goods literally seems to grow every time I visit this store and I am always asking friends for their new TJ food recommendations. Personal favorites becase of taste and good value include: cheese selection (they even have Raclette), yogurts, ice creams, organic/low sodium chicken broth, chocolate truffles, fresh flowers, crackers and the list goes on an on. One thing I do not buy anymore are their breads of any kind. Unfortunately, I have had too many cases where they grow mold within 1-2 days after purchasing. The people working at this particular TJ are also REALLY helpful and always so friendly. The parking lot usually isn't too bad and they even have the kid car shopping carts - a plus for moms!
