Frog Hollow Farm - Happy Child CSA
A 120-acre organic farm located in Brentwood, California on the Sacramento River Delta (just one hour from San Francisco). The farm produces 25 varieties of peaches, nectarines, cherries, apricots, pluots, plums, Asian and European pears, and table grapes. It is certified organic with C.C.O.F. (California Certified Organic Farmers).

We have had Frog Hollow CSA weekly delivery for the past 2 years and have been very satisfied with their fruit and service. We have a delivery spot right in the neighborhood, so it is quite convenient for us. In the winter, the boxes come mostly with apples and oranges, very good ones though. They try to make it more interesting by adding avocados, pears, pomelos, etc. But when summer comes, Frog Hollow fruit definitely shine. Their peaches and nectarines are to die for. My kids and I fight to get to the first bite of the peaches. The weekly box has 10 lbs of fruit and costs $35, no more expensive than what I can find in a supermarket, for the same quality at least. Hands down better fruit though. Half box is available as well. Customer service wise, it is been great for us. When we go on vacation, we just tell them ahead of time, and they simply skip for that period of time. Frog Hollow also has a regular spot at Ferry Plaza where I often get fresh pastries. That is one of the best treats for a Sunday morning.
