I got the chance to sample Clementine's faire at a recent event and it was excellent. The faire was simple as it was outdoor but the ingredients were fresh with great presentation. The hoisin minced organic chicken was tangy but not too salty and was great on top crisp lettuce. Jess Dang (owner) was easy going and gave me lots of tips on how to make the recipe at home and other cooking tips. I enjoyed the food and our conversation, which I think are equally important when picking and welcoming a personal chef into your home.

I had the luck of tasting Jess' food. Oh so yummy! I love the fact that she is so casual about the wonderful dishes she has created. I read the article (Easy Entertainment at Home) on this site. Right on. That just reflects her food - fresh, simple, seasonal, and delicious. I am a fan of her food and her friendliness

In April, Clementine Culinary Productions Chef Miss Jess Dang hosted a delicious fundraising dinner for my upcoming MS150 bike ride supporting the Multiple Sclerosis Society. And it was FANTASTIC ... so fresh!

On the menu were a panzenella salad, polenta with mushroom-tomato sauce, and pasta three ways (hand chopped pesto, brown-butter sage with parmesan and pine-nuts, and a tomato cream sauce). For dessert she treated us with panna cotta with a strawberry, blood orange and fennel salad. Everything was SO good I can't even pick a favorite. :-)

Thanks so much Jess for donating this wonderful organized dinner and helping me raise money for a good cause.

Since then I have enjoyed much more of Jess' food. She is so creative and puts a menu together that makes everybody happy. I can't wait to have her cook for us another time. All I can say: "I just can't get enough!" :-)

We and our dinner guests had a Tuscan-inspired dinner that was just fabulous.  Our foodie friends raved that it was the best dinner they'd had since B.K. (before kids) -- comparable to what they have eaten at top-rated restaurants.  For our meal, Jess whipped up an heirloom tomato salad with arugula that had lots of flavor and a perfect balance of tastes.  For the main course, she served up seared sea scallops over a bed of pasta in a lemon-caper sauce, roasted baby potatoes and green beans with fresh fennel.  The meal was capped by a lusious creme brulee with fresh raspberries.  The best thing of all, we ate the meal at home -- without having to prepare, travel or clean anything.  Was it a dream?  Rather, it was a dream come true....

I hired Jess Dang (Clementine Culinary ) to cook for a 12-person dinner party, and our experience with her was fabulous. I enjoyed working with her upfront to select a menu (pan-asian theme), and she even obliged me with a creative (and delicious) themed drink for the evening.

She was very easy to have in our house, and tolerant of the kids/noise/chaos that went on in preparing for the party. She is relaxed and easy-going, but extremely organized and efficient. Her ingredients were fresh and inspired, and the dishes were excellent. Our guests raved about the food.

I would highly recommend her - it was a splurge for us, but for the amount of time she spent planning, cooking (a top-notch meal), and cleaning up, it was a very reasonable evening. And we didn't have to do anything!

To top it off, she gave us several treats - during and for after the big event.
