The first thing I noticed was that the ambiance was super low key - zero pretense which is refreshing in the Marina. The two gals who took our order were friendly, funny and genuine. My friend and I ordered the mango spring rolls, chicken lettuce cups, and the wild salmon with veggies and soba noodles to share. Amazingly, we no sooner found a seat (you order at the counter) and got some water and our order was out. Unfortunately I didn't realize the spring rolls had sprouts (which I had to avoid being pregnant), but my friend devoured all four and said they were delicious and refreshing. The salmon was wonderful --- tender & flavorful --- as were the perfectly done green beans. The soba noodles upon which the salmon and green beans were sitting were a little plain at first, but once we put on a little soy sauce which they provide --- yum! And the chicken lettuce cups --- oh Lordy, I went to sleep last night dreaming about the juicy, savory burst of flavor with each bite.
