Upgraded from the basic Baby Bjorn to the Ergo Baby. My neck does not hurt any more, because the Ergo Baby carrier loads much of the baby weight on my hip rather than my neck. The carrier is very comfortable in general, and not bad looking for the style concious crowd. The pocket in the front comes handy when I need to carry keys, cell phone, and other small items. The other feature the Ergo baby carrier has is that I can also wear my baby on my back for a change though I don't do it much. Feels a little weird. Maybe as she gets a little older. As the Baby Bjorn, it gets hot on a warm day for the baby and the parent, since the baby is held very close to the parent's body.

I purchased an Ergo, but wasn't very happy with it. Everyone i know loves theirs, but it felt like I was going on a hike- it hurt my back and shoulders. I returned it and decided to stick with my Mei Tai.
