Pro: certified organic chicken so without antibiotics or hormones and raised in petaluma so it's fairly local, tastes as good as any other chicken and no special techniques or prep is needed Con: more expensive than the traditionally raised chicken and can't always find it (the rocky's chicken seems easier to find) Overall: worth the extra price knowing that I am supporting a local business and am feeding my family quality, uncontaminated meat.
