By reviewer greenmom22 2006-10-09 01:17:58Love they are a local family run creamery. I don't know why, the milk seems extra creamy to me. The glass bottle also reminds me of how milk was delivered when I was a child. Speaking of the glass bottle, I did not know that the stores charged me for the bottle when I bought the milk and I should bring it back to the store to get refund (a lesson learned for not checking my reciepts). For a while, I recycled the bottle until a friend told me about getting my refund in the store. I wish they made it more clear when I bought it. For laziness I often buy milk in paper cartons. But I still buy Straus milk quite often because I love the glass bottle idea and also it saves packaging material. Just need to remember to return the bottles instead of having them stacking up in our garage. Report this review Your take

By reviewer deko 2007-05-11 00:01:15I have been drinking their glass bottled milk for more than 10 years. It became more available and now much easier to find them than before. Their milk is not homogenized so that cream comes to the top. Great tasting. Report this review Your take
