I was under the impression that Horizon represented Happy Cow (as on the box). So I was shocked when I found out the contrary - one example being on http://cornucopia.org/dairysurvey/index.html. To me, quality of organic dairy products definitely include how much care the manufacturer puts in to raising truly healthy cows. For the price I pay, I demand much higher standard.

Good milk. Easy to find...it's even in my local Target now. In my neighborhood, the price varies A LOT from store to store.

For what it is - a marginally organic milk, it is way too expensive. Before I knew the differences between organic milks, I often went with "Happy" cow. Now I know not all organic milks are the same. Am glad that Whole Foods does not even carry it any more.

I only tried the fat free version. It is kind of thin and bland tasting. Better than Safeway store brand but not nearly as good as Clover Stornetta Organic while not being any cheaper. If you have a choice of Horizon or Clover Stornetta, pick the other one.
