International Panel on Climate Change (IPCC)’s first report focused on the science of climate change and the second on the potential impacts on the world. Now it released its third report of 2007. The general conclusion is that solving the global warming costs less than most of us think. What makes the IPCC report differnt is that it is not commissioned by a single government and it is not assessed by only sceintists. The initial offerings of the report are examined line by line, and endorsed by representatives of all the world’s government. The action part however still has to be taken by individual government. The bottom line is that we, as Americans, still need to push our government to ditch all the excuses and do the right thing. See detailed IPCC report
